  • Royal Mail 24-Hour Delivery – £4.99 (Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours)

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be packed up and sent out on Monday.

Returns Information

Changed your mind? No worries — it happens 😊

We accept returns as long as your item is sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent out

  • All items come with a Piper Palm tag, which must remain intact

  • If your item arrived new with original branded tags, these must also be attached and intact

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be held responsible for items until they’re safely delivered back to us.

Before sending your item back to us, please head over to our Contact Us page and complete the form with the following details:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • In the comments box, please include your order number and the reason for your return

This helps us know what’s coming back and allows us to speed up the return and refund process once your item reaches us ✨

Once we receive your return, we’ll check the item over and—if everything looks good—aim to process your refund within 48 hours, with confirmation sent straight to your email 💌
