1. What types of items do you sell?
We offer a mix of pre-loved items, new with original branded tags, and new items without tags — all from branded to premium high-street labels. Every piece is carefully selected to give you great style at a great price.
2. How do I know if an item is pre-loved or new?
We clearly label every item in our listings:

Pre-loved – gently worn and in excellent condition

New with tags – never worn, original branded tags intact

New without tags – unworn, but the original tags may not be included
3. How much is delivery?
We offer Royal Mail delivery:

48-Hour Service – £3.99 (Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours)

24-Hour Service – £4.99 (Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours)
Orders over £50 receive free delivery 🎉
4. When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes! Returns are accepted if the item is sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as sent, with all Piper Palm tags intact. If your item came new with branded tags, those must also be attached.
6. How do I start a return?
Before returning an item:

Fill in your name, email, and contact number

Include your order number and reason for return in the comments box
This lets us track your return and speed up your refund once the item reaches us.
7. Who covers the return postage?
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items until they reach us.
8. How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 48 hours. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done 💌
9. Are items one-offs or do you have more than one?
Some items are true one-offs (so if you love it, snap it up fast 👀), while others may be available in slightly larger quantities. Each listing will indicate what’s available.
